By creating an account or authenticating via ORCID, you acknowledge that your professional academic credentials (such as verified affiliations and publication DOIs) will be processed in accordance with this policy.

We collect information directly from you, through automated academic APIs (such as ORCID OAuth and Scopus), and through your platform interactions:

Scholar Identity & Affiliations

Name, institutional email address, university department, country, and academic position title.

Bibliometric & Identifier Records

16-digit ORCID ID, Scopus Author ID, Google Scholar profile URL, h-index metrics, and published paper DOIs.

Journal Management Metadata

Journal title, ISSN (Print & Electronic), publisher entity, indexing databases, and editorial board vacancy details.

Review & Editorial Dossiers

Structured past editorial appointments, peer review counts, and candidate pitch notes submitted to journals.
